Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Furnace LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Furnace", "we", "us"), and the business that uses Furnace ("you"). They cover getfurnace.io, the Furnace platform, and the services we provide. By creating an account, accepting an order, or using Furnace, you agree to these terms for yourself and the business you represent.
Your order (the plan, price and scope you accept when you sign up or change plans) is part of these terms. If your order, or an agreement signed by both of us, says something different, it controls for that difference.
The service
Furnace is a platform for running cold email outreach: sending domains and mailboxes, mailbox warm-up, contact lists, sequences, reply handling and reporting. Depending on your order, we may also build lead lists, write copy, or run campaigns for you ("managed services"). We may change and improve features over time.
Your account
You confirm that:
- you are at least 18 and have authority to accept these terms for your business
- the information you give us is accurate, and you'll keep it up to date
- you're responsible for your logins and for everything done under your account, including by your team
Tell us right away at sales@getfurnace.io if you think your account has been misused.
Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly at the price in your order. Your first invoice is due when your account is activated. After that, invoices are issued on the 1st of each month (or the next business day). If you start partway through a month, one invoice is prorated, as your order describes.
Invoices are due on receipt. Payments more than 10 days late incur a $20 late fee, and we may pause sending or suspend access until the account is paid. Fees already paid aren't refunded unless your order says otherwise or the law requires it.
Term and cancellation
These terms run month to month. Either of us can end them with 14 days' written notice (email is fine), or immediately if the other materially breaches them. When they end, your access continues until the end of the billing period you've paid for, unless we end them for your breach. Before then, you can export your data and the leads you generated.
Acceptable use
You'll use Furnace only for lawful outreach. In particular, you won't:
- use contact data obtained unlawfully or in violation of someone else's rights
- send deceptive, fraudulent, harassing or illegal content, or misrepresent who you are
- ignore opt-out requests, or keep contacting people who asked you to stop
- violate the rights, privacy or dignity of the people you contact
- reverse engineer, copy or extract Furnace's systems or methods, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure or security
We may pause sending or suspend an account that puts recipients, mailboxes or the platform at risk.
Compliance
You're responsible for making sure your use of Furnace complies with the law, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and other anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients. That includes your contact data, your email content and who you target. You confirm that any contact data you bring to Furnace was obtained lawfully, with any permissions it needs. Our guidance and safeguards help you send responsibly, but they aren't legal advice and don't move this responsibility to us, except as described under "Managed services".
Managed services
If your order includes managed services:
- We take responsibility for complying with email sending laws, such as CAN-SPAM and CASL, for the campaigns we run for you. That covers opt-out handling and sender identification. It doesn't cover how you obtained data you supply.
- You can still change campaigns, contacts and settings yourself. You're responsible for the changes you make.
- If we handle replies for you, our team reads and answers the responses to your campaigns on your behalf.
Your data
You own the contact lists, copy, campaign content, replies and other information you bring to or create in Furnace ("Client Data"), and the campaign results it produces. You give us permission to use Client Data to provide Furnace to you and as described in the next section.
How we use data across Furnace
Improving Furnace. You give us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use Client Data in de-identified or aggregated form to operate, maintain and improve Furnace, including to train AI and machine-learning models. This license continues after these terms end.
Benchmarks. We may publish aggregate statistics, such as average reply rates by industry, that can't reasonably identify you, your prospects or your strategies.
Contact and deliverability signals. Sending through Furnace tells us facts about email addresses and the people behind them: whether an address is valid, bounces or is catch-all, whether a person has left the company or changed roles, spam complaints, and inbox placement. We may use these signals across all customers. For example, we may flag a contact when another customer uploads it. Signals never reveal which customer they came from, what was said in a conversation, or your copy or strategy. Signals we derive this way belong to Furnace.
Google data. Data from mailboxes connected with Google sign-in isn't used for model training, benchmarks or contact signals. It's handled only as our Privacy Policy describes, following Google's API Services User Data Policy.
What we won't do. We won't sell Client Data, or disclose it in a way that could reasonably identify you or your relationships with your prospects. We won't share your strategies, copy, campaign results or other insights specific to you with other customers.
Lead lists and Furnace data
Lists and contact data we build or supply, and the signals described above ("Furnace Data"), stay ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Furnace Data for your own legitimate outreach while your account is active. Leads you generate from it, such as people who reply or book a meeting, are yours to keep.
Contacts aren't exclusive. Other customers may reach out to the same people, and we may supply the same contacts to them. We never tell a customer who else is contacting a person.
Connected mailboxes
When you connect a mailbox, you confirm you're authorized to do so. You let Furnace and its warm-up provider send, read and organize mail in it as needed to run your campaigns and warm-up. You can ask us to disconnect it at any time.
Intellectual property
Furnace owns the platform and everything that runs it, including our outreach systems, automation, infrastructure, algorithms and methods. These terms only give you the right to use Furnace as described here. Email templates you create, or that we write for you, are yours, and you may keep using them after your account ends. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely.
Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's confidential information private while these terms are in effect and for one year after they end.
Indemnification
You'll defend and indemnify Furnace and its owners, employees and agents against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Furnace, including your campaigns, your data practices and your compliance failures. We'll defend and indemnify you against claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct, and, for managed services, from our failure to meet the compliance responsibilities we take on above.
No warranties
Furnace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We work hard on deliverability and results, but email delivery depends on mailbox providers and recipients we don't control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, reply rates, lead quality or business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Furnace isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect, and we'll update the date above. Using Furnace after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and both of us agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Utah. Together with your order and any agreement signed by both of us, they are the entire agreement between us about Furnace. Questions? Email sales@getfurnace.io.
