What is Furnace?
Furnace is an outbound engineering firm that builds and runs cold email infrastructure for B2B teams — dedicated domains and inboxes, deliverability controls, list intelligence, and CRM sync — so outreach reaches the inbox reliably at scale.
Is Furnace a CRM or an outbound agency?
Neither in the traditional sense. Furnace engineers outbound systems: we build the sending infrastructure, deliverability, and integrations your team needs, and we can also run campaigns for you under Build + Operate. We are not a CRM replacement for HubSpot or Salesforce.
Why shouldn't I send cold email from HubSpot or Zoho Campaigns?
CRM email tools are built for warm, opted-in marketing — not cold outreach. Sending cold email from shared CRM infrastructure risks spam placement, domain reputation damage, and in HubSpot's case, policy violations. Furnace uses dedicated infrastructure designed for cold outbound.
What's the difference between Build, Build + Launch, and Build + Operate?
Build sets up complete outbound infrastructure. Build + Launch adds your first campaign on top of that setup. Build + Operate is full-service monthly management of the system after it's built.
How does the 50% money-back guarantee work?
We align on clear goals at kickoff. If we don't hit what we agreed, you get 50% back. The guarantee is tied to the outcomes we define together — not vague vanity metrics.
How long does setup take before first sends?
Typical timeline: lock goals and expectations, warm up and prepare infrastructure, test to find what works, then scale. Exact timing depends on domain readiness and list quality; we map this in the kickoff.
Do you provide the list or work from ours?
We can work with your list, build or refine targeting with list intelligence, or combine both. The right approach depends on your ICP and data quality — we decide that during kickoff.
Who is Furnace for (and not for)?
Furnace is for B2B teams that want reliable outbound systems — not gimmicks or spray-and-pray volume. We only work with businesses we believe will succeed. If you need a simple newsletter tool or one-off blast, a CRM campaign product is a better fit.
